The information on this site
The descriptions of our services and the notes on permits, licenses and Maryland rules are general information to help you plan. They are not legal advice and not a quote. Every job is priced in writing after we have seen the house, and the written contract is what governs the work.
Photos and drawings
The photos and drawings on this site show the kinds of work we do. You may not copy them for commercial use without our permission.
Sending an inquiry
Sending the project form does not create a contract. A contract exists only when we have both signed one in writing.
Liability
We work to keep this site accurate, but we are not liable for decisions made only on the general information it contains.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
